This is an absolutely beautiful State Park right on over 2 miles of beachfront property with lots of trails and close to 200 tent and RV sites. You know we left in a hurry and figured that our first stop in a campground would be to do nothing except clean up the inside of the RV and put everything away. Forgot to mention that not only was the weather beautiful but it was some part of Spring Break so there was a lot of traffic on the road and this place was almost full. A lot of tent campers, travel trailers of all sorts, fifth wheelers and all levels of motorhomes - even some campers on motorcycles.
The campers were singles, couples and families, some with grandparents, parents and children, lots of kids of all ages, all having a great time. They were going to the beach, hiking, riding bicycles and skateboards and some like us just walking around the roadways. And, oh yes, a lot of dogs, all breeds and all sizes. One couple with three little girls, tent camping, had a black lab that Shadow played with every time we walked down the street.
All I can tell you is we have stuff put away, stacked and or stuffed in every nook and cranny of anything that even resembles a shelf or storage locker. But we had great time and we're ready too move on.
Here's a pic at breakfast time. I wasn't able to make a selfie of it.
